The 5th Summer School/Conference follows the tradition of previous conferences. It takes place in Maribor (take a virtual tour through Maribor City Guide), Slovenia (see country info and presentation slides) from Sunday, June 30 to Sunday, July 14, 2002. The Summer School overlaps with the International Maribor Festival Lent 2002, offering a rich cultural programme every day, throughout the first Conference week, about 5 events per evening/night. We traditionally have a tour through the old city of Maribor including a wine tasting programme, two private concerts (classical music), two banquets, and a Sunday trip through the most beautiful parts of Slovenia. We also have an evening public lecture.
