Oroznova street
In 1845,
on present day Oroznova street, adjacent to the old nunnery and the
Church, Maribor' s most beautiful late classical building
was erected. Its then owner, Baron Godel-Lanoy connected
it, by means of a new corridor, with the Church, and thus
made the building complex into a unified whole. In 1951
renovation work began on the Church, an arcade, and the
building at the corner of Oroznova ulica. In 1954, the
architect Saso Dev designed the present day Art
