The optimal allocation of limited credit resources with the consideration of the sector risk and the creditworthiness of the individual debtor

Abstract: The methodology of defining the optimal allocation of the loan portfolio is presented. It takes into account: (1) the level of the sector risk that defined on the basis of the situational analysis and the tendency of development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2) the level of the creditworthiness of the individual debtor with the consideration of his financial status and the prediction of efficiency of the financed project.
